Urus88a Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and rules governing use of the urus88a platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the urus88a platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the urus88a platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and urus88a as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any change to the terms will be deemed your acceptance of those changes. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register for or use this platform under any circumstances.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the urus88a platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. urus88a reserves the right to request identity document verification at any time to confirm the details provided. You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential and must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
The platform uses SSL encryption to protect your data. However, you are responsible for ensuring that the device you use to access your account is secure and free from malware.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the urus88a platform, you agree to comply with all of the following rules:
- Not using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
- Not attempting to hack, infiltrate, or interfere with the platform's technical functions in any way.
- Not using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
- Not engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or financial criminal activity through this platform.
- Not sharing your account with any other individual or allowing someone else to use your account on your behalf.
- Complying with all betting limits, deposit limits, and bonus terms as set from time to time.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and any balance associated with fraudulent activity may not be recoverable.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All transactions on the urus88a platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods, including local e-wallets and online banking. urus88a does not accept payments in foreign currencies directly.
Deposits are credited upon system verification. Processing times vary depending on your chosen payment method — typically a few minutes to 30 minutes for e-wallets, and up to 3 business days for bank transfers.
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to the following conditions:
- The account must have completed full identity verification before large withdrawals are permitted.
- Any bonus received may be subject to wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed.
- Urus88a reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing while a security investigation is carried out if any suspicious activity is detected.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply in accordance with the platform's current policy, which may change from time to time.
Urus88a is not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by your bank or a third-party payment provider during the transaction process.
5. Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
Urus88a reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are suspended due to a terms violation are not entitled to any compensation. Accounts inactive for more than twelve (12) months may be subject to review or closure in accordance with the platform's current policy.
Limitation of Liability
Urus88a is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this platform, including data loss, service disruption due to technical issues beyond our control, or disputed game outcomes after an internal investigation has concluded. urus88a's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the urus88a platform, including logos, interface design, text, images, and software, is the exclusive property of urus88a or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from urus88a.
6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Third-Party Links & Services
The urus88a platform may display links or integrations to third-party services such as game providers, payment processors, and streaming providers. urus88a is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third-party services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to These Terms
Urus88a reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-platform notice or to your registered email address. Continued use of the platform after such notice is published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the urus88a platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to an appropriate resolution process under the applicable law at that time.
